Today, I made spaghetti carbonara for dinner after I came back from the job interview at a curry restaurant. I probably won't get the job...again. This was the 3rd job interview so far. Nobody wants to employ someone who can only work until July, right? Anyway, the spaghetti was pretty good but I didn't cook the bacon long enough. I'm kind of discovering that cooking requires PATIENCE. I can't even boil water without checking the pot 4 times! I keep checking everything for fear that it gets over cooked and stuff.
