Exactly 5 months since I started my diet. I've lost 5kgs! Another 4kgs until I accomplish my goal. I doubt that I will make it though. I'll probably start hormones before I lose another 4kgs which is a happier thing for me!
I've really noticed that I've lost weight when I found my jeans kept falling down.
Anyway, how did I achieve this?
I made it a habit to weigh myself every morning and night (as seen on the graph above) and noting how much I ate and exercised. I became careful of not eating too much and excising everyday. Sometimes my weight kept going up but I didn't go completely crazy about it. I just kept taking notes of it on an app on my iPod. Patience is key!!
